The Miglia TVMini HD is a great looking, compact  device that connects to your Mac's USB 2.0 port and enables you to watch, record, and edit FREE over-the-air HDTV broadcasts as well as all other DTV (ATSC Digital TV) over-the-air broadcasts in your area.  Plus, the TVMini HD is bus-powered through the USB 2.0 port, so you can take it anywhere you go.  Watch your favorite shows while camping or at the lake...anywhere that you are in range of an ATSC HDTV broadcast tower. 

The TVMini HD HDTV tuner will also work with Clear QAM.  Clear QAM is a feature available to most cable subscribers, where the unencrypted digital TV channels (including Free HDTV channels, network programming for example) that are available in a given area are rebroadcast on the cable band alongside regular cable TV channels, but at a different frequency.   With most cable companies you don’t even need digital cable to receive Clear QAM signals, basic cable is enough.

The TVMini HD includes Elgato EyeTV 2, an incredible feature packed software package.  By far, the best TV viewer and DVR solution for the Macintosh, Elgato EyeTV 2 allows you to watch, pause, and rewind live TV. It will also act as a DVR, allowing you to record and schedule recording TV.
