Super performance Hardware RAID 5 reads/writes of over
210MB/s!
Built
in eSATA hardware RAID controller supports RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID 3, RAID 5, RAID 10,
JBOD and more
Easy setup using the LCD control
panel
Up to 10 TB of tested storage - Hardware RAID 5, RAID 0, RAID 10 and more!
RAID controller built into the enclosure fully controls your RAID array and puts no load on the computer! Super
easy setup, just configure from the LCD panel, connect and go!
This sleek 1U rack mount enclosure has a built in hardware RAID controller and houses five (5) high capacity SATA
II disks and connects via a single eSATA cable.
The perfect solution for large storage libraries, digital video & digital audio
files and backups...all application that needs
fast, reliable, and easy to manage storage! Needing huge storage capacity
in a small space? Using four of the
enclosures, in only a 4U rack mount space you can mount TWENTY (20) SATA drives!
Built-in hardware RAID controller supports:
RAID 0 (Striping) — allows the enclosure to performance stripe the drives, to provide maximum throughput to the direct attached PC/Server.
RAID 1 — allows the enclosure to automatically copy primary hard drive without any CPU
loading.
RAID 3 (Byte-level data striping with dedicated parity drive) —
good choice in applications where large files comprise all of the workload.
RAID 5 (Striping with Parity) — provides the perfect balance between very high performance and data integrity.
RAID 10 (Mirrored Stripe) — provides 100% data redundancy plus offers increased performance by striping across 2 disks.
JBOD or Port Multiplier* — allows the direct attached PC/Server to see the drives in the enclosure
as just a bunch of drives.
Super RAID 5 performance!
LCD control panel on back allows easy setup of the RAID configuration
Incorporating DirectAirTM technology, the enclosure design includes multiple drive cooling fans to insure that hard drive
temperatures stay within eight (8) degrees Celsius of the ambient room temperature, increasing
performance reliability and extending hard drive life.
Multiple fans keep all your drives running cool, increasing performance and
reliability
